THE MIND

OF YOUR

MOTORCYCLE

Your engine depends on clean, balanced airflow. Air in, combustion, air out. When intake or exhaust flow is restricted, performance drops immediately. Less airflow means less power, more strain, and increased risk of long-term damage.

A dyno is where real performance gets measured and refined. It allows us to run your bike in a controlled environment while monitoring critical data across the entire system.

The rear wheel drives against a precision roller while high-powered fans simulate real-world airflow, giving us accurate, repeatable results we can tune from.

Tuning is where performance is built. We use real data from the dyno to adjust or completely rewrite your engine mapping, refining how fuel, airflow, and throttle response work together.

The result is a bike that runs stronger, smoother, and exactly the way it should.

AFR, or Air Fuel Ratio, is what determines how efficiently your engine makes power. It’s the balance between air and fuel during combustion, and it has to be right at every RPM and throttle position.

We measure it directly from the exhaust and tune it in real time. Get it right and the bike runs stronger, smoother, and safer. Get it wrong and you lose power and risk damage.

Flashing is the process of writing the updated map to your ECU. It’s how the changes from tuning are applied to the bike.

What’s included depends on the tune, but this is the step where the performance gains become real.

Throttle mapping is the relationship between your input and how the engine responds. What you do with your wrist should translate cleanly and predictably to the throttle bodies. When it doesn’t, the bike feels disconnected, abrupt, or inconsistent.

There are two systems behind that response.
STP uses a mechanical input with ECU-controlled secondary plates.

ETV is fully electronic, where your input is translated into a digital command that controls the throttle entirely.

Modern bikes rely on ETV, but factory settings are often compromised by emissions requirements. That’s where issues like jerky or delayed throttle response come from.

We refine that relationship so throttle input feels immediate, smooth, and precise. No hesitation. No surprises.

Mail-in mapping is a pre-built calibration developed without your bike on the dyno. It’s designed to work across a wide range of machines and covers the common factory restrictions and baseline performance adjustments.

These maps are generally safe and effective, often addressing areas like throttle behavior, AFR, ignition, speed limits, and system restrictions. They serve as a solid starting point, but they are not tailored to your specific bike.
